2024 Nanny Application


From the Membership Rules & Regulations Attachment to the Field Club of Omaha Bylaws:

Section 4.8: Nannies.

Nanny access applications are accepted annually for use of the dining and pool facilities when caring for active dependent members. A nanny may accompany active dependent members on the golf course for the purpose of providing oversight and care for the active dependent member but are not extended playing privileges. Golf playing privileges are subject to the golf guest fee policy and fee structure at the time of play.

Nannies are only permitted for membership accounts that have dependents under the age of 12. Nannies are not active members of the club and are not permitted access unless with an active dependent member or as a guest of an active member.

Primary members will be responsible for any charges authorized by nannies while using the club.

Applications shall be made available each year no later than April 1 with all privileges expiring on October 1 of the same year. A new application must be completed each year.

Up to two nannies can be designated each year, however nannies cannot be exchanged mid-year. Only one nanny can accompany an active member family at a time. Additional nannies or babysitters, accompanying active dependent members to the club and after the first two approved applications, shall be granted access under the current guest policy and shall be limited to the guest limit for each amenity. If both nannies are in attendance, the second one to arrive will be deemed a guest and granted access under the current guest policy and shall be limited to the guest limit for each amenity. If either the primary or significant other member is present, the nanny shall be considered a guest of the member and will be charged a guest fee, if applicable, and will be subject to the guest restriction per the guest policy for each amenity.

Only those designated as a nanny as outlined above shall be exempt from guest fees and any limitations on number of annual visits.

The Membership Committee shall bear responsibility for oversight of the Nanny Application and Policy enforcement. Upon completion of the application, including a photo of the proposed nanny to be attached to the nanny's member profile, the Membership Committee shall notify the member of approval or disapproval of the application within seven days.
 
  
  
You are permitted up to two (2) nannies on your account per year. Nannies are NOT interchangeable throughout the year and nannies cannot accompany your dependent children at the same time as another nanny, in that case the second to arrive will be treated as a guest.
