Frequent Questions and Answers:

Q. How many does the cabana hold?
A. 8-10 people comfortably

Q. Do I have to purchase pool passes if I host guests?
A. Yes. It is:
$5.00 Monday-Thursday
$10.00 Friday-Sunday
and $25.00 on Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Q. When can I reserve a cabana?
A. You are welcome to make a reservation as soon as you would like to! Feel free to log into the website or use the app to find the “Poolside Cabanas” tab of the dining/event reservations module. Please note: reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.

Q. I see a cabana is empty when I arrive, am I able to just use it without the minimum?
A. Due to the investment of the cabanas and maintenance associated, we want to make sure we are able to service it accordingly. You are welcome to speak with a lifeguard or server if interested in reserving a cabana the day of based on availability.

Q. What if I want to rent more than one cabana?
Easy! When making your reservation, instead of leaving a note for multiple cabanas, please make another separate reservation under your name as well and in one of the notes, please say how many people you are anticipating between the two reservations.

Q. What times are available for the cabanas?
A. They are split into timeslots of Open-4pm and then 4:30pm-Close.
Memorial Day Monday, 4th of July and Labor Day Monday are available for the full day on each Holiday!

Q. How much are the food and beverage minimums?
A. Minimums are for each timeslot reserved. Weekdays which are defined as Mondays-Thursdays are $100, Weekends which are defined as Fridays-Sundays are $150 and Holidays are $300.

Q. Does a member have to be present?
A. At least one member must be present for a cabana reservation!

Q. How do we order food and drinks?
A. The cabanas will have a server available as well as an Exclusive Cabana Menu. The Exclusive Cabana Menu is ideal for ordering ahead for groups of people, but you are welcome to still utilize the regular Pool Menu as needed throughout your reservation.

Q. Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
A. While we restrict bringing your own food and beverages, you are welcome to bring in your own cakes, cupcakes or specialty desserts for consumption.

Q. What if I want to rent more than 1 cabana?
A. You are welcome to do so! The minimum would then be applied to each cabana that you are looking to reserve.

Q. Are any cabanas handicapped accessible?
A. Yes, all of the cabanas are handicapped accessible

Q. Do I have to have a group to reserve the cabana?
A. Not at all! You are welcome to reserve one just for you to have your own time if you prefer!

Q. What types of events does Field Club do with the Cabanas?
A. Birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, girls day out brunches, anniversary parties, graduation parties, the options are endless!

Q. Where do I go to check-in for the cabana?
A. The lifeguards will be able to check you in and we will have a cabana host to assist through the day.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?
A. If you cancel within 48 hours and we are unable to fill the cabana for the time it was reserved, a small cancellation fee of 50% of the food and beverage minimum will be applicable.

A. Under the Dining Reservations, click on the Cabana tab and it is available on the mobile app as well.
